I like that breakfast is served which (for me) was absolute sufficient. THough it was basic, it came with good quality

Everything here was lovely, I would like to go back there again. The property was beautifully designed with knowledgeable staff. The location was excellent close to everything, very close to Milpitas Square. The breakfast had a huge variety of options and included yogurt and eggs. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

I found the TV remote very confusing, frustrating to adjust settings. There were also no facial tissues provided in the room, which was like a basic neglect. I experienced some odd quirks with the TV, such as it connecting to my computer mouse and changing channels unexpectedly.

The TV remote was so unintuitive, it defintely wasn't made for actual humans. No facial tissues? Come on! I also expected a room upgrade or even a simple complimentary gesture after these mishaps, but nope. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't, sadly. Disappointing to say the least.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The Wifi worked flawlessly. The Breakfast buffet had excellant variety and the food was tasty.

Being adjacent to the highway there was occasionally some road noise.
